Return and Refund Policy

At Money Strategy Way, we strive for 100% client satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy explains when refunds are applicable for our paid services. Loan processing fees charged by banks/NBFCs are governed by their policies, not ours.

1. General Principle

Our loan facilitation service is FREE for customers (we earn commission from lenders). Therefore no refund applicable for loan services unless you paid advisory fees separately. Paid services are Tax Advisory, Wealth Planning (if premium plan), and certain insurance assistance.

2. Tax Advisory Services

ITR Filing (₹999 - ₹2,999)

• Full Refund: If we fail to file ITR within agreed timeline due to our fault and you request cancellation before filing
• 50% Refund: If you provide incomplete documents and request cancellation within 24 hours of payment
• No Refund: Once ITR is filed, or after 24 hours of payment, or if delay due to client not providing documents/OTP

GST Registration & Filing, Company Registration

• Full refund if government rejects application due to our error
• No refund if rejection due to client's ineligible documents or government policy change
• Government fees (e.g., MCA fees, GST fees) are non-refundable as paid to government

3. Wealth & Investment Planning

• Basic financial planning and mutual fund distribution is FREE (commission from AMC)
• Premium Wealth Plan (₹4,999/year) includes dedicated advisor, portfolio review, tax harvesting: Full refund within 7 days if no consultation done, 50% within 15 days, no refund after first consultation call

4. Insurance Services

• Insurance premium is paid directly to insurer, governed by IRDA free-look period (15-30 days)
• If policy cancelled in free-look period, refund by insurer after deducting medical & stamp duty
• Our assistance fee (if any, ₹499) refundable only if we fail to assist in application

5. Loan Services - No Fee, No Refund Needed

We do NOT charge customers for loan facilitation. Processing fee (1-3% of loan) is charged by bank/NBFC directly and deducted from disbursed amount. That fee is non-refundable by bank after disbursement. If loan not disbursed, bank does not charge processing fee.

If you paid any upfront fee to any person claiming to be from Money Strategy Way, please report to support@moneystrategyway.com - it is fraud. We never ask for upfront payment for loans.

6. How to Request Refund

1. Email to refunds@moneystrategyway.com with payment receipt, service name, reason
2. We respond within 48 hours
3. If approved, refund processed within 7-10 working days to original payment method
4. For UPI/Card, refund may take 5-7 days to reflect as per bank

7. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after service started
• Loan rejection by bank due to low CIBIL, income criteria (not our fault)
• Delay due to client not providing documents on time
• Government fees, stamp duty, medical test fees
• Services already delivered (ITR filed, financial plan delivered)

8. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel paid service within 24 hours for full refund if work not started. After 24 hours, refund as per above slabs. To cancel, email or call +1 732-574-3535.
