1. About Us

Money Strategy Way is a financial services intermediary registered , Maharashtra. We are not a bank or NBFC ourselves, but we partner with 40+ RBI-registered banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies to provide loans, tax advisory, wealth planning, and insurance services. CIN: U65990PN2012PTC123456.

2. Services

We offer:

• Loan facilitation (Personal, Mortgage, Credit/Business loans) - approval subject to lender's credit policy
• Tax Advisory - by qualified Chartered Accountants, but not a substitute for legal advice
• Wealth & Investment Planning - AMFI registered mutual fund distributor, investments subject to market risks
• Insurance Services - IRDA licensed POSP, policies issued by respective insurers

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18+ years and Indian resident (NRI services available separately)
• Provide accurate, complete information; false info may lead to rejection and legal action
• Loan eligibility depends on credit score, income, employment stability as per lender norms

4. User Responsibilities

• Do not misuse website, attempt hacking, or upload malicious content
• Keep your login/OTP confidential; we are not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence
• Pay applicable fees transparently disclosed before service (processing fees are charged by banks, not us, except advisory fees)

5. Fees and Payments

• Loan facilitation is generally free to customer; we earn commission from lenders (disclosed)
• Tax advisory fees: ₹999 to ₹4,999 depending on complexity, payable in advance
• Wealth advisory: No upfront fee, we earn trail commission from AMCs (SEBI compliant)
• All fees are non-refundable after service initiation except as per Refund Policy

6. Disclaimers

• Loans: Approval, interest rate, tenure at sole discretion of bank/NBFC. We do not guarantee approval. Displayed rates are indicative starting rates.
• Investments: Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Past performance not indicative of future. Read scheme documents carefully.
• Tax: Tax laws change; our advice based on laws as of date. Consult for latest provisions. We are not liable for penalties due to late filing by client.
• Insurance: Claims subject to insurer's terms. We assist but final claim decision by insurer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on website (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Money Strategy Way. Do not copy without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability limited to fees paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses, loan rejection, market losses, or rejection of insurance claims by insurers. Maximum liability capped at ₹10,000 or fees paid, whichever is lower.

9. Governing Law

These terms governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Pune courts only.

10. Termination

We may terminate services if you violate terms, provide false info, or misuse platform.
